Batch 8 - Simple Cider
Similar to Batch 1, but using real brewing equipment. Used a 3 gallon carboy and an ale yeast. Also added about a pound of honey.
Bottled: 12/12/04.
Status: Doesn't smell as sweet as my first batch. I believe I didn't ferment the first batch long enough. This batch turned out to be quite popular. As of 1/31 I'm down to one bottle.
